Affiliate Programme
Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: Participation in the Erasmus Digital Media Affiliate Programme ("Programme") is open to individuals who have been invited and approved by Erasmus Digital Media ("Company") to join the programme.

 

2. Referral Compensation: Affiliates will receive a referral fee equivalent to 10% of the total service fee paid by their referred clients to the Company. The referral fee will be paid monthly, typically by the 1st of the month, for as long as the referred client remains a paying client of the Company.

 

3. Payment Terms: Referral fees will only be paid for referrals who have paid for the Company's services. If the referred client does not make a payment, the affiliate will not receive their referral fee for that particular referral.

 

4. Service Types: Referral fees will be calculated based on the type of service signed up for by the referred client. For one-time services, the referral fee will be a one-time payment. For subscription-based services, the referral fee will be calculated as 10% of the monthly subscription fee paid by the referred client, for as long as they remain a paying client of the Company.

 

5. Referral Code Usage: The referral code provided to affiliates must be quoted by the referral within 3 days of making contact with Erasmus Digital Media. Failure to quote the referral code within this timeframe may result in the affiliate not receiving their referral fee for that particular referral.

 

6. Termination: The Company reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the Programme at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

 

7. Changes to Terms: The Company reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

 

8. Agreement: By participating in the Programme, affiliates agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
